- We will try to ship it by 4 PM on weekdays for Express and Regular shipment.
- For Click and collect, we will notify you once the item is ready to be picked up
You can ask for a refund once you received a faulty product or the wrong product. Unfortunately, We can't do the refund if you received the product with no damage but we can send you a voucher for you to redeem in our store if you would like to buy something else on our online shop 😊
