Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will receive an email containing Invoice and Receipt both together 😊

How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we will, our warehouse team always performing their highest performance to make sure the stock is always ready. However, after all, we are only human so please stay patient and stay tuned 🤗 

When Tokorepair will ship my order?
  • We will try to ship it by 4 PM on weekdays for Express and Regular shipment. 
  • For Click and collect, we will notify you once the item is ready to be picked up 
Can i ask for a refund ?

You can ask for a refund once you received a faulty product or the wrong product. Unfortunately, We can't do the refund if you received the product with no damage but we can send you a voucher for you to redeem in our store if you would like to buy something else on our online shop 😊
